The Dubai Museum of the Future opened in February 2022 to inspire its visitors and allow them to experience the infinite possibilities of the future. The UAE is actively investing in science and technology, announcing the Project of the 50 and pursuing the Mars Probe (Al-Amal) project.

In his remarks, President Yoon stressed the importance of preparing for the future. He highlighted that we must ensure that shared values such as human dignity are embedded in the future that we shape, and that science and technology should evolve through ceaseless innovation, fully contributing to realizing a desirable future. The President also noted that addressing global challenges such as the climate crisis, spread of infectious diseases, population aging, and low growth is a critical task for the future, and proclaimed that we need science and technology's contributions and international solidarity to realize the envisioned future.

The Minister of State for Public Education and Advanced Technology, H.E. Sarah Al Amiri said, “From the early stage of UAE's space development, we worked together with the Korean government and companies to advance our space technologies," and expressed her will to strengthen international cooperation to address global challenges.

Science and ICT Minister Lee said, “Just as science, technology and international solidarity contributed greatly in our endeavors to overcome the COVID-19 crisis, a science and technology approach to tackle the global challenges we face, such as population aging, infectious diseases, and climate crisis, are important,” and added "The MSIT plans to leverage our technological capabilities to take initiative and make greater contribution to the international community.”
