Vice Minister Joo Young Chang for Science, Technology and Innovation is discussing measures to improve the R&D preliminary feasibility study system at the Expert Consultation on R&D Preliminary Feasibility Study held on the morning of October 5 at the Presidential Committee on Science and Technology (PACST) headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
